Look at what we are doing to lessen our environmental footprint;

RECYCLING PROGRAMS- We organize recycling programs to ensure our contributions to the landfill is as minimal as possible

LOW VOC INKS- We utilize vegetable (soy) based inks that contain limited ozone damaging petroleum distillates and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s). When we can we also use waterless inks for our presses; consuming at least 98% less water over conventional offset presses, 75% fewer emissions of  VOC’s resulting in up to 40% reduction in job setup waste.

PROMOTE ENVIRONMENTAL PAPERS - At Accent Printing we promote the use of 100% post-consumer recycled or FSC certified stock. Our house gloss text & card stock are both FSC certified.

PROCESSLESS/CHEMICAL FREE CTP - A traditional printer makes plates by burning film; burning the image onto plates and processing the plates using chemicals.  At Accent we have invested in a modern automated computer-to-plate system, where imaging is done directly from our computers and there are no chemicals or waste to dispose of.
